Yes. You can add, edit, or remove goals at any time from the Goals dashboard. Your AI plan will update automatically to reflect the changes.

Yes — Life Builder for Teams is a dedicated 30-day pilot for 20–50 employees, with private coaching, its own admin experience, and a clear privacy boundary so employers never see private conversations or journal entries. See the Teams page to request a pilot.
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees, ever.
No — paid plans are charged immediately when you subscribe. Start on the Free plan any time with no payment required, and upgrade whenever you're ready.

Your journal entries, goals, and personal data are encrypted in transit and private by default. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Export Data. You'll receive a downloadable archive of all your goals, journal entries, and progress history.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. All data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You can also request immediate deletion by emailing privacy@48mp.com.
